2. Shipping Locations
We ship to all domestic locations within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We also offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping costs and delivery times will vary based on the destination.
If you’re placing an international order, please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the shipping costs and are the responsibility of the recipient. Check with your local customs office for more information.
3. Order Processing
All orders placed with HONEYNAPO are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that orders placed after 3:00 PM (local time) will be processed the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information. You can track your order directly through the shipping carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

7. Order Cancellations and Changes

- Gift Orders: If you are sending a gift to someone, we offer gift wrapping services and will not include any pricing information on the packing slip.
- P.O. Box Shipping: We can ship to P.O. Boxes for most domestic orders; however, certain carriers may have restrictions on P.O. Box deliveries.
