At Honeynapo, we aim to deliver your gourmet, handcrafted snacks quickly, safely, and reliably. This Shipping Policy explains how and where we ship, delivery times, costs, and other important details.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across the United Kingdom. For orders outside the UK, please contact us directly at info@honeynapo.com for special arrangements.

Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT may be processed the next business day.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order total and delivery location. Free standard shipping is available on UK orders over £60. All shipping charges (if any) are clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Delivery Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

  • All packages require a valid UK street address.

  • Please double-check your address before confirming your order — Honeynapo is not responsible for delays or lost deliveries due to incorrect address information.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged:

  • Contact us at info@honeynapo.com within 48 hours

  • Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of damaged packaging or product
    We’ll investigate promptly and either resend or refund your order based on the situation.
