Return Policy
Due to the perishable nature of food products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or consumed.

We will, however, accept returns or offer replacements in these cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • Your order arrived damaged or expired

  • There was a confirmed issue with quality or packaging

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@honeynapo.com

  • Include your order number and photos of the issue

  • Ensure the product is unopened and in its original packaging

Refunds
Once your claim is approved, we will:

  • Issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method, or

  • Offer a replacement product at no extra cost, based on your preference

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Products purchased more than 7 days ago

  • Items opened, tampered with, or not in original condition

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Customer errors in address or order selection
