You may return products purchased from HONEYNAPO within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the following conditions are met:

  • Products must be in a resellable condition (not damaged or altered).
  • The product must be returned with the original receipt or proof of purchase.

2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards or vouchers.
  • Items that have been used or are no longer in original packaging.
